What is Ragefire gland?

A ragefire gland is an item that can be obtained as a drop from rune dragons and monsters in the Shadow Reef . Two of them can be attached to ragefire boots , to create tier 90 hailfire boots . The process cannot be reversed by any means, other than degradation through combat . Rune dragons can only drop this item when killed during a Slayer assignment for which they count, while elite rune dragons can drop this item without the need of an assignment.
