It is made by crafting 20 lesser necroplasm with a vial of water and ashes in your backpack. Lupe will also provide 5 inkwells daily if the medium Underworld achievements are completed. As necroplasm and ghostly ink are stackable, one affordable way to make ghostly ink is to bring portable wells to the Abandoned Mine where glowing fungus grows.
