They are a rare drop of Giant rock crabs , which also drop Rock-shell gloves and boots . Giant rock crabs can be found in the Waterbirth Island Dungeon and in the Chaos Tunnels . Players may take these shards to Skulgrimen in the armour shop in northern Rellekka , and he will make it into a Rock-shell plate if players provide him with three dagannoth hides and 10,000 coins .
