What is Spellstorm drape?

The spellstorm drape is a low-levelled mage cape. It is dropped by the troll brutes in the caves north of Burthorpe . It is one of the weakest capes to give bonuses and is the Magic counterpart to the Arrowstorm drape for Ranged , the Bladestorm drape for Melee and the Deathstorm drape for Necromancy . It is the best cape of its class in free-to-play . All veteran capes are hybrid and offer higher stats, but require the player to have had an account for at least five years.
