An unfired cup is made by using soft clay on a potter's wheel , requiring level 3 Crafting and granting 8.5 experience. One piece of soft clay will produce four unfired cups. It is then made into an empty cup by placing it into a pottery oven , granting 8.5 Crafting experience. Unlike shaping the clay, firing it has no Crafting level requirement. At lower levels, an unfired cup can crack in the oven, destroying the cup and granting no experience.
